I need to know how to use the solver
I HAVE A PROBLEM WHERE I HAVE TO USE A SOLVER AND I CANT GETIT RIGHT I HAVE
TO MINIMIZE THE VALUE OF ONE CELL BY CHANGING THE VALUE IN A RANGE SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING THE CONSTRAINT THAT ALL OF THE VALUES IN THE RANGE MUST BE INTERGERS I AM LOST |
