Default excel does not mark cell with inserted comments.

Excel has stopped marking cells where comments have been inserted. The
comments are in the cells.

Default excel does not mark cell with inserted comments.

Tools Options. Under 'Comments' you'll probably find 'None' checked. Check
one of the other options, OK
