IF function
I need to write a if statement and having difficulties. I am trying to say if
one cell is plus or minus 10% and also if another cell is plus or minus $10,000, if both are true then check or review. I know this is probably easy for someone out there. Please share your knowledge. Thanks. |

I'm assuming you meant plus or minus within your specified boundaries?
