Numbering Rows
I would like to number rows in a spreadsheet. A2= 1, A3= 2, etc to #2007.
What is the best way to do this? Thank you. |

In A2 enter =ROW()-1
Copy down to row 2008 OR In namebox enter A2:A2008 and ENTER to select that range. In Active cell enter =ROW()-1 then hit CTRL + ENTER to copy down.
