Default Excel Time

I have a worksheet that I want to subtract the difference in time. My
company goes by fifteen minute increments. So if someone works 1 hour and
fifteen minutes, they are paid for 1.25 hours. If they worked for 1 hour and
forty five minutes they are paid for 1.75 hours. How do I subtract time and
get the results to show .25 hours or .75 hours. It always results in a 15 or
45. Is there a way of converting it so I don't have to type it in manually?
