I'm working on a spreadsheet that is used to collect data (in the [hh]:mm
format) and when I go to put the data rnage into a Histogram I get a message stating the following: Histogram - Input range contains non-numeric data. Can someone help me with this? Do I need to conver the times to a decimal format? |

If the items are 'real times' then they are already numeric.
If one of the time values is in B2 what does the formula =ISNUMBER(B2) return? best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "watermt" wrote in message ... Then you must replace all these values by real time values by retyping them.
If there are more than 20, send me a file and I will see if a formula is possible best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP http://people.stfx.ca/bliengme remove caps from email "watermt" wrote in message ... Yes, there are 137 values in two worksheets in the workbook. What is your
email address to send the file? "Bernard Liengme" wrote: Then you must replace all these values by real time values by retyping them.
