how do i print a sheet in excell workbook

Select that sheet by clicking on the tab, then do File | Print Preview
to check that it appears how you want it to, then click on the
Print... button, and you will be presented with a dialogue box where
you can change orientation, no of copies etc.

Alternatively (quicker), with the sheet selected, just click on the
Print icon.
