do you mean file / page setup - choose landscape under orientation on the page tab? -- Cheers JulieD check out www.hcts.net.au/tipsandtricks.htm ....well i'm working on it anyway "Robin" wrote in message ... You can also go to View/Page Break Preview and move the blue lines until all
the data is included on the page you want. If you want everything in your spreadsheet to print on one page, then you can also go to Print/Page Set Up and select Fit to 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall.
