Default =HYPERLINK("#"&CELL("address", ADDRESS(MATCH(VALUE(B3),Range ... ?

=HYPERLINK("#"&CELL("address",
ADDRESS(MATCH(VALUE(B3),QuoteNotes,0),1)),"Test")

Why is this working? QuoteNotes is a range. I'm attempting to search for
cells in this range with the value of cell B3 and hyperlink to it. There's
only one cell with the same value of B3 in the range, as they're all unique
values. It's in the same workbook on a different sheet.

Thank you!

sarah
