Default auto copy total from one workbook to another workbook

Hi,

Open both workbooks.
Choose Window, Arrange, OK
Select cellC4 in book2
Type = and then click on book1 and then on the sheet with the values, then
on cell C32.
Press Enter.

This creates a formula between two workbook and when workbook 2 changes and
workbook 1 is opened it will update or prompt you to update.

If this helps, please click the Yes button
