I want to convert a pivot tables results into %'s

Hi

not sure what version this was introduced in - i'm running 2003, but if you
create your pivot table as normal and then right mouse click n the data
field and choose field settings, click on the options button you'll see a
drop down box called Show data as - choose % or column or % of row depending
on what you want and click OK
