Default Product Numbers

hi;

I need help with the following in creating a formula to find the three
products which had the largest number of repairs for the month and quarter.
The three columns that I use are Month, Product No., and Units repaired
(Each of the products are unique number).
Lets suppose during the month, I have ten thousand products which have been
repaired, what formula can I use to find the 3 largest contributors.
Thanks,

Gene

Select a cell within your database........then Data Filter
AutoFilter........then click on the arrow at the top of the colum of
"Repaired units", and select "Top 10" fro the dropdown, then set the windows
for the "top 3" ok.............to return to normal, just do Data Filter
AutoFilter again (it's a toggle)........
