Default Quartiles

I have both Excel XP and 2007 and neither does even numbered count Quartile
functions correctly. What gives? Why hasn't Microsoft fixed this?

Mike,

There is no generally agreed upon method for determining quartiles - if you are not happy with
Excel's default, then choose your own method and implement it through a UDF in VBA.
