Hello,
I have some sheets the same book. One is the GLOBAL, and the others are the names of collaborators. In the GLOBAL one I have a list with the same names of the collaborators. I want that in the sheet of each collaborator appears informations that are in the GLOBAL. The function vlookup doesn't work, because the names of the list of the GLOBAL one can be sorted and it position is modified and because the names of the collaborators are not in the sheet of each one. What I intend is a function that looks for the name of the sheet that is equal to the name of the list of the GLOBAL one. Thanks in advanced. |

It's difficult to visualise how your data is laid out, but you might
be able to use the INDIRECT function - have a look at it in XL Help, or post back with some examples of your data. Hope this helps. Good morning,
I can't use the indirect function because i don't have the name of the sheets in any cell of each sheet. I just have the name of the sheets in the Global one. It's still hard to advise you as you have given no details of how your
data is laid out - sheet names, cells/columns used etc. Until you give these details no one will be able to help you.
