Default Multiple caculations using individual data

I was given 2 sets of data (roughly 300 pieces each) to which I have to find
the difference (S:V) and logarithm for each piece of data. Is there a simple
way I can make these calculations without having to do each piece of data
individually?

I don't know what you mean by "piece" of data. Does this refer to
rows, i.e. do you have 300 rows of data? And is this data in columns S
and V? And do you want a formula to return the difference and another
formula to return the logarithm?

Please give further details.
