EXCEL SHEETS
If you haven't saved the workbook, you could save the current version as a new
name. Reopen the original worksheet and copy/move it into the current workbook. Depending on formulas/links, you may have some fixing to do, though. Daisy wrote: Can you reinstate deleted sheets in excel, if so how please. thanks -- Dave Peterson |

EXCEL SHEETS
Only from a backup of the workbook.
The warning message given when you delete a sheet is meant to make you pause and reflect on the consequences of that deletion. There is no "undo" for that action. No, deletion is permanent - that's why you get a warning message.
If you have not saved the file with its original name, though, you can use File | Save As to save the current file with a different name, and then the original one can be opened (with the sheet still in it). Hope this helps. Pete On Jan 17, 1:40*am, Daisy wrote: Can you reinstate deleted sheets in excel, if so how please. thanks |

I should have mentioned that if you have not yet saved the workbook, close
it without saving and your sheet(s) will not be lost. Maybe some recent work but that's all will be lost.
