Default Copy and Fill down data

I hope my question is understandable.

Is there a way to copy and fill down data untill the next non blank cell,
and then copy that cell and fill down until next non blank cell and so on?

Or said another way, fill in blank cells in between non blank cells.

Thanks

Default Copy and Fill down data

Highlight that column, then press F5 (GoTo), click on Special and then
on Blanks - this should now highlight only the blanks, with the active
cell being the first blank cell under the first data value. then begin
to type a formula by typing =, then click on the cell above, then CTRL-
Enter.

Hope this helps.

Default fill

Perfect. Is there a way to select more than one column at a time? Thanks.

Default fill

Glad that worked for you.

If you highlight the first column, then hold the CTRL key while
clicking on the column identifier for the second (non-contiguous)
column.

Hope this helps.
