Hi, I still am having a problem sharing my workbook.
It is on a network drive that 6 others will use. When I put it on the network before sharing, if anyone added any data to it they could not save it with the same name. So, I shared it. I set all the criteria i.e. keep the history, show what wins etc. When they open it now it comes up on the top blue tool bar that it is (read only) [shared] with the same effect that they cannot save it with the same name. I then stopped sharing, and was given the message that I cannot share it again. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please. Oh and when I started sharing, it asked for a password to be set and then saved it. I'd be grateful if someone could tell me the errors I'm doing. Thanks, Bryan. |
