How can I remove the collate option within the print feature without writing
a macro?

Hi,

This is a printer issue not an Excel issue, and therefore depends on the
printer you are using. In general you choose File, Print, and uncheck
Collate. Depending on the printer you might also choose File, Print,
Properties and see if there is a setting in that area.

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,
