Conditional formating.
Hi,
I have got an excel sheet in which Column B has values ranging from 1 to 5. Based on the value in this column, I wanted to give colours to the all cell from A2 to H280. That is if the B2 is 1, the cells from A2 to H2 has to be green and if the cell B3 is 5, the cells A3 to H3 has to be red. I am using office 2007. Shaiju |

Conditional formating.
Select the range A2:H280
Choose conditional formatting Choose the option based on Formual and enter the formula as $B2=1 and choose formatting repeat for other values...
