Don't you need to put Keppel and Tristar within quotes " " ?
And in your post you have an apostrophe after SM* Hope this helps. What didn't work? More info needed. i.e.: what got through the filter that
shouldn't have been, or, what got filtered out that shouldn't have been? -- ** John C ** "Christine" wrote: My filter criteria is: Warehouse is Keppel Customer is not Tristar Invoice numbers do not begin with 'SA' or 'SM' This is what I did at the filter criteria range: Warehouse Customer Inv No Inv No =Keppel <Tristar <"SA*" <"SM*' It didn't work the way I want. Works fine for me. What did not work for you?
Btw, you don't need the equal sign for Keppel, meaning you don't have to set the criteria up like ="=Keppel" or ="<Tristar" it works fine using Keppel <Tristar without the equal sign -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Christine" wrote in message ...
