How can you display the name of sheet "6" (for example) in a cell in sheet "1"?

Put the formula in sheet 6 then
link to it. Just copy the cell with the formula, go to
sheet 1 and do editpaste special and select paste link

I am trying to avoid a lot of linking. This file is rather complex and has
over 30 sheets. Any suggestions?
