Default Excel: Additional Conditional Formatting

Conditional formatting needs to be improved. This could be done with multiple
options:

1) add additional formats from 3. This should be n formats
2) Allow formatting based on a cell. Thus if a cell meets the condition,
look at the formatting in a named or specified cell
3) Allow for multiple conditional formats to be met.. for instance the first
condition may color alternat lines using the condition =MOD(ROW(),2)=0, then
a subsequent condition changes the font based on a new condition.
