Default Comparing 2 cell updates

I have a sheet that is pulling in data in real time.
If I have two cells that are updating indepentently, is there any way
to check when each cell was last updated?
Each cell is pulling the same information but from different sources.
If one cell continues to update while the other stops then I know a
source is bad and I want to flag this through the excel sheet.
Hope this makes sense

Thanks,
Karl

No unless you all enter the time in another cell while updating.
