Matching Data

I have an Excel worsheet that is used to scan numbers into column B and Match
what is in column A. This working fine so far,but I would like to determine
if a number has been scanned in twice and move it to another column named
rescanned or scanned twiceCurrently when a number is found the message
return is FOUND. If it wasn't found the message is not found plus the number
ex: NOT FOUND 622554
