Default Linking data that contains specific row criteria

HELP!!! I've created a spreadsheet that has 4 columns...(Date, Code, Task,
Hours). I'm trying to find a way to have the data from each row that
contains a specific word ("Code") transferred into another worksheet. Does
anyone know if this is possible???

Thanks SOOO much in advance,

Teri
