The control-page up or control-page down keyboard shortcuts do not work when
the sheets are protected. How do you move from sheet to sheet within a
workbook without a mouse when the sheets are protected.

CTRL+Pageup/down works for me

I should have been more specific.

If you do the following you will see the problem:

Open a new workbook and protect all three of the default sheets. NOTE: be
sure to check only "Select Unlocked Cells" in the "Allow all users of this
worksheet to" dialogue box. Make sure "Select locked cells" is unchecked.

After the sheets are proteced this way it disables the ability to use the
keyboard shortcut "Control+Page-Down" to work.
