Default RANDOM NUMBERS?

Need to generate a random number of either 0 or 1 but completely
rounded, no decimal points just a whole number.

OMG

=INT(0+(1-0+1)*RAND())


But te (1-0+1) makes no sense...explains?

Since it's impossible for a computer to make a random number then how
can we do this for real?

I only have a computer to use.
