Displaying Pivot Table Results
Hi
Using Excel 2007: I have a pivot table that produces results from a list of clients entered into a database each time a client uses my services. The pivot table displays the clients name and amount of times they have used the service. What I would like to know is this; How can I get the bar-chart, which I use as a quick-look reference tool of my clients, to only show those clients who have used my services two times or more? Very many thanks. |

Displaying Pivot Table Results
Popeye,
If you always want to base your chart on the same pivot table the the pivot table will need to change with each view you need. How many fields are being used in the pivot table? Could you create a claculated field? = count(customer) Bam.
