Default Getting "Creat List" function on excel 2002

Hi I'm using ms excel 2002 version 10.68. I would like to use the option
"create list" from Data List Creat List..Unfortunately i can't see that
on my current excel version. Is there is any way to add this function? Pls
advise me on this. Thank you.

Default Getting "Creat List" function on excel 2002

DataList feature was introduced in 2003.

No way to add it to 2002 version.
