Pivot Table Unique ref
Do I need to put a field which contains unique identifiers for each record
into the Data Items (bottom right) bit of the pivot table? I thought I did, but when I used a field that doesn't have unique records, the count was still the same. |

Pivot Table Unique ref
Hi
The count will be relative to the Row Fields (and/or Column Fields). i.e it will be a count of the data field that matches the Row/Column fields. -- Regards Roger Govier "Bod" wrote in message ...
