Default 4 digits required for a number

In cell, suppose I have a number 32 & I want it to be in 4 digits like 0032;
for 7-0007; for 200-0200 (It should not change its form from number to Text)
How to write the formula?
Pls help

Default 4 digits required for a number

Select the range you want to show four digits, go to Fomrat Cells, Choose
Custom and in the Type box enter 0000 (that is four zeroes) as the format and
you are set.
