Hi ,
I have the following list of entries in my columns Column A Column B Column c abc apple XXX xyz mango YYY abc mango XXX pqr grapes ZZZ I have a list of data in my s/s like the one displayed above .One or more entries in column A have entries relating to them in column B .Could anyone please guide me in of how to get count of mangoes ,apple etc .in column B I'm using Excel version 97-2002 Thanks in advance cheers shankar |

You just want a count of unique items in column B? or you want a count of
