First of all, I apologize for my English.

What you need is a ListBox.

In the ListBox, set the Multiselect property to fmMultiSelectMulti or
fmMultiSelectExtended, depending on your needs.

If a Data Validation dropdown see Debra Dalgleish's site for a sample
workbook that allows this.
