Default Microsoft excel 2000

I am unable to insert, move or copy worksheet. The options are not
highlighted for me to use them. Can anyone help?
I will be most gratefull.

Sounds like you have the workbook protected.

ToolsProtectionUnprotect workbook.

You may have to enter a password.
