Make sure your "Print Area" is set correctly.
Select the area you wish to include in the print, then, from the Menu Bar: <File <Print Area <Set Print Area Then click on "Print Preview" and see if everything looks OK. -- HTH, RD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep all correspondence within the NewsGroup, so all may benefit ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Sharnjean" wrote in message ... What did you have selected as your print area?
What did your scaling settings in Page Setup/ Page say? What did it look like when you did a Print Preview? -- David Biddulph "Sharnjean" wrote in message ... I tried to print one of my spreadsheets from Excel and it printed as a very small rectangle at the top of the page instead of full page. |

mean a chart, or a worksheet? If you do mean a chart, what do the "Printed chart size" options on Page Setup/ Chart say? -- David Biddulph "David Biddulph" <groups [at] biddulph.org.uk wrote in message ... Funny, I'd swear that word (chart) wasn't there the first time I read
