Default Conditional Formating Using Office 2007

Hello,

I am trying to use conditional formating to select multiple rows, but
skipping some rows and than coloring the body...

Example: If cell A1 is selected with "x" -- A1 through C1 and A7 through C7
than the return should be the color for the selected background.

thanks,
