Default excel formula

If those are the only two choices................

=IF(A135,A1*0.0625,A1*0.0725)

What do you want if A1 is exactly 35?

I need a formula that allows for two different percentages based on reaching
a certain limit. I tried the following:

=IF(cell#35,cell#*.0625),If(cell#<35,cell#*.0725 )

I got the VALUE# error message. Any ideas?
