How can I format a cell to have the same text with a number
I need to format a cell to have deg/sec follow when ever a number is entered.
I found where in custom formatting there is a +/- sign that is automatically entered when a number is entered. I need it to work like that. |

Define the custom number format as: 0 "deg/sec" or as: +0 "deg/sec";-0 "deg/sec" depending on what you're after (it's not entirely clear). -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "kpt" wrote in message ...
