correct formula
(cell1)1254-(cell2)987=267 cell2)267/(cell1)1254= answer
I am looking for one formula to pick up this answer please help. so 1254 minus 987 equals 267, 267 divide by 1254 = answer % This is all revenue and budget based 987 is the actual 1254 is the budget and i am trying to add two colums for growth vs budget and growth vs prior year. |

correct formula
Using C1 for Cell1 and C2 for Cell2..
=(C1-C2)/C1 then format the cell as Percentage. Rick "shalamar1306" wrote in message ... Assuming A1=1254 and B1=267
