Default Update formula automatically for inventory

My cell formula is subtracting inventory. When receiving inventory how am I
able to recalculate the formula to adding by just clicking on the cell to
update. When I go to Tool, Options, Calculation and check that box, it only
subtract the number from the cell, not adding the number into the cell.
