Pepino -

You have to tell Excel that you have added another line. Sometimes it won't
do it automatically. Try right clicking on the cell that is giving you the
N/A and checking out the source range.

Hope this helps,

I would like to apologize for my lack of knowledge of excel. Let me explain
my problem: I am working with an excel workbook in which one sheet contains
information (like a database), listed by item #, item desc. 1, item desc. 2,
location, cost, price. On another worksheet there is a quote form set up
which if you enter the item number it will automatically fill in the rest of
the information (description, price, etc.) on the quote form. I am adding a
new item number in the database and then entering the item number in the
quote form but it will not display the new information. All I get is #N/A.
And I can't figure out what is wrong. If someone can please help me.
