Default Mutually exclusive cells - Excel 2003

Hi,

I am using a drop down list for picking a point scale (5, 3, 1, 0) in b1.
In another cell, C2, I have drop down box for N/A (-, Yes). If a point is
not chosen in B1, is there a way to have C2 automatically go to Yes?

Kathleen
