applying formulas for all sheets selected
i am working on a spreadsheet with over 60 sheets. i am trying to apply one
formula to all the sheets but it won't. this is the formula =SUM(K24:K28,K32:K34,K36,K38:K39,K42:K43,K55:K56,K 59:K62,K68:K69,K97:K105,K116,K133,K137:K138,K148:K 149,K159,K157,K161:K164,K181:K182) does anyone know why this wouldn't apply to all of them. |

You haven't explained what 'it won't' means BUT...
- are you running out of memory? - are some worksheets protected? - do you have error messages in some of the cells? - etc, etc, etc -- Gary Brown "emilr17" wrote: i am working on a spreadsheet with over 60 sheets. i am trying to apply one formula to all the sheets but it won't. this is the formula =SUM(K24:K28,K32:K34,K36,K38:K39,K42:K43,K55:K56,K 59:K62,K68:K69,K97:K105,K116,K133,K137:K138,K148:K 149,K159,K157,K161:K164,K181:K182) does anyone know why this wouldn't apply to all of them. |

applying formulas for all sheets selected
sorry. no none of the worksheets are protected and im not running out of
memory. there are no error messages. i can type in the formula into a sheet and it works, once i go into select all sheets (group) and try to put the formula in it won't apply to all over them. i tried just putting =SUM(k59:k61) and it worked. but when i put my entire forumla it doesn't. applying formulas for all sheets selected
I just tried that exact formula on 70 worksheets and it worked. I'm sorry I
can't help. I suggest that you try re-posting your question and , hopefully, someone else will be able to help. -- Gary Brown "emilr17" wrote: sorry. no none of the worksheets are protected and im not running out of memory. there are no error messages. i can type in the formula into a sheet and it works, once i go into select all sheets (group) and try to put the formula in it won't apply to all over them. i tried just putting =SUM(k59:k61) and it worked. but when i put my entire forumla it doesn't.
