Default Using the Subtotal function

After i have Subtotaled a spreadsheet, then collapsed to show subtotals can I
copy just the subtotal

You can, but you will need to PasteSpecialValues if you want that exact
value.

Also, you probably need to select the column of Subtotals, then use
Goto|Special to select Visible Cells Only, then hit Copy.
