Default What formula should I use?

Hi,

I need a bit of guidance as to which formula i could use to perform the
following sum:

I have a recruitment table that details how many positions are presently
opened or closed for multiple business units. I want to determine for every
business unit how many of the positions are open. I have been looking at
different functions but have been unable to determine the correct one.

Please Help!!!
