I need to add a constant number (i.e., 2 or 3) to a column of Excel data. Is

Enter the number in a cell formatted the same way as the column you are
adding to ($, decimals, 0.00). Right click and choose "Copy". Select the cells to change, and right click in the selection and choose "Paste Special". Click on "Add", then <OK, then <Esc. -- HTH, RD ============================================== Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ============================================== "PaulHardersen" wrote in message ...
