This formula is workable in Office 2007.
Please advise relevant formula in Office 2003.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(M3:M17="MAN"),--(P3:P17=2000))+

SUMPRODUCT(--(M3:M17="LHR"),--(P3:P17=2000))

or

=SUMPRODUCT((M3:M17={"MAN","LHR"})*(P3:P17=2000))
