Copying Functions between Cells
An easy way is to "unformulate" the formulas, making them simple text, then
copy and paste to the new location, and convert them back to working formulas. Select them all, then from the Menu Bar: <Edit <Replace In the "Find What" box, type the equal sign ( = ), In the "Replace With" box, use something unique, like " ^^^ " (no quotes), Then <Replace All Your formulas are now plain text. Right click in the selection and choose "Copy", Navigate to your new location and "Paste". Then, just reverse the process: <Edit <Replace In the "Find What" box, type ^^^ In the "Replace With" box, enter the = sign, Then <Replace All -- HTH, RD ================================================== === Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ================================================== === "BrewsterGK" wrote in message ...
