I'm guessing you havent rounded your result
if you have a value of 5.88 and add VAT you get 6.909 - although it
may DISPLAY to 2dp it is not stored to 2dp

try
=round(c3*(1+c1),2)

for the main formula, and possibly a similar rounding elsewhere
